Is canva taking over traditional software like photoshop?

My two cents would be that it would take a long time before canva becomes as powerful as photoshop yet canva for it's cloud based service, essentially accessible from anywhere does give graphics designers an edge.

I think yes just bc you have a large library of images and videos, whereas in photoshop you need to download your assets first.
