Is shrine theme better or impulse theme ?

Is shrine better or impulse?? Or is there any other latest theme that's even better ?

shrine pro theme is the best one,it has alot of features and works very well

I don't think so but the official theme like Impulse have the license problem.
Is there any guys can help on removing the license?

Shrine definitely. Easy to build with imo
