Is there a reaction limit for a day?

I saw this pop up notification:

About the Daily Limit of Likes/Reactions

For some security reasons, we decided to impose a daily likes/reactions limit. This decision will be implemented for a temporary period. It is not yet clear when it will end, but it has come into effect as of today. In the table below, likes / reactiosn limits for member groups are determined...

I had problem with NullCash to like a post, I had to refresh page with cash delete, don't know if it was a problem but it solved mine.

I think newbie is just one like per day, half gain is better to nothing.

Well, this limitation is a joke. We all know what is the true reason why 99% ppl use reactions - to get access to the download. Every other downloaded module either is corrupted, does not meet the needs or is not sufficient in any other way. You download something, find out that it does not work, then you have to wait another 24 hours and over and over again. I rather buy the module from prestashop where they refund me if there is some problem with the module. This way development of the ecommerce is a pain. This definitely is not an user friendly approach.
