You are getting bad advice about theme forest, I've purchased dozens of themes from theme forest. All but a few had excellent support.

I've used so many platforms for e-commerce. Drupal, Prestashop, Big Commerce, Magento, Woocommerce and this year I thought I'd try Shopify on new project. I thought it'd be cheaper and easier. Boy was I wrong.

In 4 months, I spent more on Shopify and their monthly plugin schemes than I did in a year on premium hosting and out right purchase of plugins for my last Woocommerce site. And to boot, had to buy a theme which was good, Booster theme, for $400 to get the "basics" I'd expect from a Woo theme that would only cost $80.

If you know some programing i think presta would be good for you. Shopify in my opinion because it is a SaaS platform is limited. I don't know why you tried Magento because it is very big platform, very complex and making a website on Magento (i mean good usefull website) is a tens of thousands of dollars. I am using prestashop and personally editing themes and modules and I think it is very very good for use. For sure also woo commerce if you know how to use it will be better than shopify.
