It is possible to adapt the seo with microdata without modules. With simply meta itemprop you can add the differents item you need. They are a lot of ressources in the web.

For opengraph it is simply to add in prestashop, in the html

<meta property=”og:title” content=”name of the page” />
<meta property=”og:type” content=”content type” />
<meta property=”og:url” content=”URL page ” />
<meta property=”og:description” content=”short description” />
<meta property=”og:image” content=”URL image” />
