I test this module and results:
Don't work sms provider TurboSMS.
In Warehouse theme, module don't save mobile phones in costumer account, only you can manualy add phones from BO menu.
In Warehouse theme, broken template layout mobile phone field.
In BO dont work logs (errors, event etc.)
