Download all the zips
leo_quazta_quickstart1763_2.zip.001.zip leo_quazta_quickstart1763_2.zip.002.zip etc.

Change the names to:
leo_quazta_quickstart1763_2.zip.001 leo_quazta_quickstart1763_2.zip.002 leo_quazta_quickstart1763_2.zip.003 etc.

Unpack
You will get a zip archive ive downloaded from the merchant.

I ve been using them for years now, gone bad a while back a lot of out of the box errors but once you tame it its very nice and customers love it. Can you suggest a better theme company? please dont say POS themes unless they have changed too? i am looking for something fast and good looking preferably with a visual editor?

Leo themes are mediocre but could work sometimes ...

I haven't looked into the themes from Leo. But I have used one module from them, and it was really poorly coded. I had to change some stuff that should have been correct coded from the beginning.
So I believe you when you say that they are mediocre.
