Features
The module is based on 3 major branches:
1.Self integrated chat - (the classic chat that is stored on the server and uses ajax calls to sync online users and messages sent/received). This chat has hundreds of settings and features that you can customize, it includes visitor tracking, page tracking, geo tracking, helpdesk and may more.
2.Links – you link each menu item to a certain URL, this lets you redirect your customers to contact page and also other online chats like WhatsApp. With this feature customers can click on the menu item and start a new chat with your staff members.
3.Integrations – this is the newest feature that we implemented and it’s the most advanced. We have given our customers the possibility to integrate every major chat software directly into our module. Now it’s easier than ever to chat with your customers on the platforms that you like the most.
