V1.7 Looking for PS Tutorials ..

Hi,
I am looking for free links of PS Tutorials [preferably from Udemy, Lynda, ..] to help me understand, and enable customize the default Classic Theme. Specially, I want to understand how can I re-design components in the header and footer section.

I have tried YouTube and whatever I could think of BUT unfortunately, couldn't find any good resource.
