This theme is working so far. I did not install the first folder because it had some Javascript Trojan in it. Layered navigation isn't working with SEO mageworx right now. Trying to work around this to fix it. So far the default attribution search blocks work fine. This is working good with version 2.3.7 magento 2

Got theme fully working the MageFan blog needs to be installed via composer. The files inside on here aren't any good for v 2.3.7
