Migrating to Joomla/Drupal in 2024?

How is the idea to migrate to Joomla from the old Oracle website?
How are the plugins and templates these days in Joomla?


The client doesn't want WordPress but can go with Drupal, too.

Joomla seems good, more stable, but bit bleach on it's perspective... guess will be fine.

I tend to agree, Joomla is overall better solution than Drupal.
