Moodle theme Udemy unsupported, anyone willing to refine the codes with me?

I believe the udemy theme is unsupported, removed from themeforest server. Anyone willing to refine the codes with me since it is not compatible with the latest version I will be happy along with those who intend to use the theme.

If you get a hold of it, i would be glad to check it out for you. Most of this themes when they become obsolete they are removed
