I think it's shared personally from Lykaios, I hope it's totally clean and untouched.

I found that the last available version here is 4.0.2
Which version do you use for your directory?
If you have any recent version please share
Especially if it is updated for Joomla 5
For other extensions I suggest Jreviews.
