Multi Parent category v1.0.4​

- Add more than one category parent to subcategory
- Sometimes one category belong to more than one parent category
- You don't need to create two categories with same name and add products to these categories

If you set in module settings

Category_1 -> Category_2
Category_3 -> Category_2
