in file theme.yml is written:
version: 2.3.4

After installation i read:
version: 2.3.4

any way to null it?

You can configure most of it. You can't add advanced widgets via elementor/axoncreator but you have some part of the theme which you can then duplicate and configure independently. I went ahead and got a licence after testing for a few days and the full control just gave me the ability to add a hook which was not available. Overall, not much different from the fully licence version.
