v1.6-v1.7 NS Pack Products

By default you don't have the list of products beloging to a pack in order Invoice, Order Confirmation page and even shopping cart checkout page.
With this module we give the possibily to have them all the places we mentionned like :

• Order Invoice Details
• Order Confirmation Page
• And Shopping cart page
