Customers can create reservations on the selected booking options.
Admin can also set what is maximum duration/range for reservation, i.e. it can be 15 or 30 days that the user can select as the maximum.
Admin can set if the reservation is also allowed for non-logged users, for range offers also the maximum length of range.
When the listing owner creates a reservation, there is an option for “Bookout reservation”. This is considered an administrative reservation that target is lower availability on particular dates. For such reservations, no notification emails are sent, user data is disabled and the price is hidden.
Booking, events calendar, online reservation form
The plugin allows sellers to define one or more booking options on their listings. There are 3 basic booking types:- TIME – booking offers based on time slots (multiple values/options per day)
- DATE – booking offers based on single-day selection (1 value/option per day)
- RANGE – booking offers based on the selection of date range
Customers can create reservations on the selected booking options.
Booking option types
“TIME” BOOKING TYPE
The objective of this type is, that when the customer is creating a reservation/or checking the availability calendar, after selecting “day”, the modal box is shown with a list of time slots for that day and their availability, so each slot can have different availability“DATE” BOOKING TYPE
The objective of this type is, that customers can check only 1 day from the calendar. When viewing availability, daily availability is shown and each day can have different availability (based on existing reservations and availability set by the seller).“RANGE” BOOKING TYPE
The objective of this type is, that customers can select one or more days as the range. Availability is shown in the same way as for the “DATE” type, until the “Accommodation type” is disabled.Admin can also set what is maximum duration/range for reservation, i.e. it can be 15 or 30 days that the user can select as the maximum.
