You are absolutely right. This user is either stupid or he thinks himself very clever because we don't have a 'Make Offer' OSClass plugin here and he is trying to make us fool for his benefit and those, who have thanked for this 'cute' plugin, they didn't use this plugin and probably they uploaded this to another site/forum to get some likes/points or those are his 'aliases'. @virgilio183 can you please check these users' IPs and match with the IP of the 'Uploader', please? I think he has violated a rule but that is just my thought seeing the replies and the membership statuses of those users here.

You attach make_offer.zip and after download on the file I found User Rating Plugin ......
