Hi what problem where you facing. I mean where you unable to install it at all or after installation while using it gives you some error. Because I downloaded this plugin and installed it successfully on my localhost. But the problem was on front end the app does what it says but with a Warning message saying there is some non numeric characters in some php file xx line and when I searched for that warning online I came to know that on PHP 7.1.3 version there is some restriction with non numeric input values. Also I would like to add that maybe due to this the entry that we make in Price Discount on Item Post page it automatically doesn't get updated on Database, so just for testing I added the entry manually in Database. So, if anyone else is going to use it on their server which has PHP 7.1.3 then you may end-up with the said error.
