The file is attached, which must be replaced in the following path:

- FOR PRESTASHOP VERSION 1.6:

../modules/stthemeeditor/ThemeLicense.php
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
- FOR PRESTASHOP VERSION 1.7:

../dependencies/modules/stthemeeditor/classes/ThemeLicense.php

Replace the original file, with the one attached in this message, so that the template is validated and has a "valid" license, rather, to null the template.
