V1.7 Plugin to update Prices and Stock

We are "desperate" to find a module that can update prices and stock in the Prestashop catalog.
1) It must be able to read data from "local", FTP and URL
2) Must be able to make the feedback of the data to be updated by EAN13 code or supplier SKU
3) Must be able to implement a percentage mark-up on the sale price to be updated
4) The eventual changes (stock prices) must be able to be visualized before being loaded (example: a "preview" on at least 10-15 lines)
5) Must have a Cron management to set the executions

I immediately point out that the "ba_importer" module...is very slow and it locks continuously...
