Porto notice: cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds


a message appears in the admin section.

Any suggestions?

Should set higher php_max_input vars or contact your provider to increase that. 10k milliseconds it's pretty high and could be some kind of firewall issue where your ip might be blocked. What provider you are relying on?

Increased from 3000 to 5000. Same thing
