Hi, here is latest version 1.5.8 of this module.

Overview
Free Delivery module for PrestaShop, allowing to set free delivery for chosen countries, delivery methods, shops, products, price ranges, weight ranges and quantity, module has 5 different modes of free delivery.

Features

• the ability to select a country or countries for which it will be possible to set free shipping from the module's configuration panel
• the ability to select delivery method for which you can set free shipping from the module's configuration panel
• the ability to select customer group for which you can set free shipping from the module's configuration panel
• the ability to select store (multistore) for which it will be possible to set free shipping from the module's configuration panel
• the ability to choose the product or products for which it will be possible to set free shipping from within the edit panel of the product
• the ability to select for which will be applied free shipping
• the ability to determine the minimum quantity which will be applied free shipping
• the ability to choose one from four free delivery , first type "Free all products in cart'", second type "Subtract free product weight / price (not use free form price or weight ranges)", third type "Subtract free product weight / price (when use free form price or weight ranges)" and last one fourth type "Use free form price or weight ranges to replace standard PrestaShop options"
• geo Location to identify the country origin of the customer before he / she login to store (to properly display the pictures of products labels with free delivery and to calculate free delivery for cart)
• add form to assign free delivery to all products by category, manufacturer, supplier, shop
• add option to automatically set free delivery to every new product added to shop
• own controller for free delivery configurations management (work like with product list) you can filter by any parameter of free delivery configuration like country, delivery method, shop, free delivery type, minimum quantity, and price and weight ranges for free delivery
• free delivery combinations generator (used to save time), you don’t need to do each configuration per each country carrier or shop, just select all parameters and click to generate and after You can do fine tuning for each combination of country, carrier, shop etc.
• full support for PrestaShop multistore

Free delivery working modes / types explanations
Type 1: makes whole cart free delivery if in cart is at least one product with free delivery enabled,
Type 2: used to subtract free delivery enabled product weight / price from all cart products weight / price and that subtracted value is used for calculating delivery cost accordingly with ranges defined on that carrier,
Type 3: used to subtract free delivery enabled products weight or price from cart total / weight or price used for calculating free from price or free from weight ranges in free delivery configuration on bottom of that page,
Type 4: used to replace standard PrestaShop function free from price or free from weight with carrier, country, group, shop restrictions.
Type 5: used to make whole basket free delivery when using "free from price" or "free from weight" options and in basket is at least one product with free delivery set on product level
