Unfortunately no, this module add the Google ReCaptcha only to the Contact Form page... but I guess it's possible to tweak it to make it work with others pages (like Account Creation page, Login page, Reviews page, etc...) by adding fews lines of code.

Well... it's strange...

Be aware that at the step 1, when you generate your site and secret keys (on the Google site), it's a different one if you use Recapcha v2 or v3... and of course, on step 3 & step 4 you must copy/paste the correct one.
