Update:

This module has been deleted from prestashop marketplace few days ago but it's still working fine.

In documentation you have information have to use it correctly

The code to add:

<div class="boncompare-hook-wrapper" data-id-compare="{$product.id}">
{hook h="displaybonCompare"}
</div>

but how open compare page? url? compare display with your hook (ok i am nab all work)
