Restrict some of user to publish ads

Hi osclass master, is there any plugin or code modified to restrict some of user to publish ads, so the user restricted are only see listing not posting

Limiting the number of ads can also be done with the help of the osclass pay plugin where you select the user groups and the maximum number of ads
