Firs unzip, then just take the file com_rsseo-v1.21.17 from the RSSEO folder

I installed that component and plugins on Joomla 4.
First, it found not all pages of the site.
Secondly, it does not save changes in the meta tags. I add meta description and keywords, press Save, page is updated, but what I just wrote is erased...

Has anyone encountered something like this? Is this a bug? What to do?
