with the notepad++ editor search for " escape:'UTF-8' " and change to escape:'html':'UTF-8'

Fix escape:'html':'UTF-8'" (504 files in 42 folders)

For a test change in modules\ets_seo\views\templates\hook\dashboard.tpl
at line 97 it's work...

I think it's a code problem depending on the version of php..
Mine PHP Version: 7.4.28

smarty is not handle the same for characters that's just a problem

You can try just with the dashboard file.
