i personaly dont trust seo modules in prestashop, tried one and it scruwed my links

After applying SEO, you need to go to Store parameters / Traffic and SEO / Scroll to the final page, save everything and create a new robots.txt

But I still think you're confusing: This module is for META-TAGS (title, description, tags ...). You must be talking about the SEO URL modules. They are different things.
