You should move all the states (Shipping->States) that are in Canada to the new zone, they are likely still pointing to North America.

Is it set up as LLNN NLL or NNNNNNN

Canadian postcode like: LNL NLN

or

if your postal code is A2B 3C4, the 5-digit number you should enter is 23400.


As far as I know if it is blank then Prestashop will not validate the post code so you should be able to add anything in this field.
