Strange rules about obtaining NullCash

Can you please explain how is it working getting NullCash?
I get this info message:
How do I earn NullCash?
*Create New Thread "11 NullCash"
*Create New Post "7 NullCash"
*Create New Poll "7 NullCash"
*Liked Your Post "7 NullCash"

but this does not correspond to reality

I just joined. But I think, when you comment, as well, you get null cash, and to get null cash, the above is what you must do. Now to use the null cash will be when you want to download something and every resource you want to download it has it own null cash value and would be substracted from your current null cash. it basically like earned cash and spending cash in reality.

Using this null cash is pretty weird :/

Just by simply spam commenting you are getting the null cash and they think they are "growing content"
