Hello. It is difficult question. It would be the best if you create some app yourselve. Now biggest passing income gives also selling courses. If you are a specialist on some thing you could try make your own course and sell it.

You know... I was listening quite good guy with it who is selling courses about how to do google ads. On youtube he has his own channel and on youtube he gives basics and advanced things he give in his courses. So it can be said that his youtube videos are somehow preparation to sell his course. Also second thing: I was hearing youtube girl about fotography and she had youtube channel and also her own shop with cameras. But even courses are not 100% passive income because you need to create, promote it somehow etc. Also even if you create an app you need to upgrade it, update etc. So it is not as passive as deposit in a bank or even renting an apartment (also it is not 100% passive because from time to time you need to fix something, renew etc).
