Update
I'm using Warehouse theme, ps 8.1and php8.1.2 on well optimized shared hosting. Installed the module tried gzip, minification, browser chache etc. and there is absolutely no improvement with pagespeed insights! With it score is 87 on mobile and 99 on desktop, without it, it is the same. Didn't try the page cache because of the potential issues with it if not configured properly. I wouldn't recommend it, if you are not planning to use the page cache option, although I didn't try it. Uninstalled and deleted, I'm happy I had the chance trying it before gave away my money!
Edit: and the score is 95 on mobile and 99 on desktop with CCC activated in the performance page in backoffice.
