* Its allow you to select country and enter the telephone with international dial code. its working on fax and custom fields also. its display country flag, and auto select country flag of current user.
* when you are going to update telephone, fax or mobile number its display appropriate with existing input telephone number. for example already saved number with +1XXXXXXXXX its display US country flag automatic, you don't have to select again the country flag.
