Overview
This module replaces all single carrier tracking modules, and connects with the official carrier API,it automatically tracks your shipment and display last and historical events, send follow-up emails to customers, updates order statuses
What this module does for you
event_available Improve customer service management

• Gives you an overview of the delivery of your parcels on the order page
• Updates the status of your orders according to the delivery stage
• Allows you to create additional shipments for the same order
• Allows your customers to return to a tracking page on front end

What your customers will like
Customers are informed by email, each time the delivery status changes (depending on the settings) and can have an idea of the delivery date or a possible blockage
Installation

• The module is installed via the back office or by loading the files in the / modules / folder of your directory via a ftp client
• No override

What's New in Version 2.5.1(03/28/2022)

• Corrected some bad display on 1.7.8
• On tab "Returns", added function to bulk force shipping status
• Fixed bad display of date picker on 1.7
• If user enters number that contains spaces, spaces are removed when saved in database
