You can export VM tables into CSV from PHPMyAdmin, with bit of help of text editor and excell.
But one important note, if you have enough products to skip manual export/import, not sure if Woo Commerce will work well. Joomla + Virtuemart tends to work much better with large datasets.

you have version for joomla,,, hehehehe i search and dowload for joomla and upload component and error in website. heheheheh
