What about Osclass speed perfomance with big amount of ads?

Hello everyone!
I have a dilemma on choising CMS for classified website. There are plenty themes for WP, with nice design, customisation, functions, seo optimization brought by plungins. ButI am afraid of speed perfomance, because even with few ads website perfomance is poor. Some plugins helps to solve this problem, but not sure what is going to happened when webstie will possible grow.
Does Osclass have good speed perfomance with big amount of ads? And how about SEO, design customization and other needed functions?

Use cache plugins, redis or memecache, cdn and reduce http requests on server, do proper indexing and structuring of mysql db
