What is better to choose, woocommerce or PrestaShop?

Good afternoon.
I need to develop an online store. I am faced with a choice, which is better to choose woocommerce or PrestaShop?
The main functionality is:
1. Can the store work in the "catalogue" mode?
2. Is it possible to connect some kind of robokassa to it?
3. How difficult is it to change anything in a newly purchased template? (meaning such changes as, for example, changing the location of the "buy" button)
4. The ability to make promotions, discounts.
5. What about uploading a large number of products?
6. Is it possible to add / invent product properties, such as color, weight.

I would do woocommerce at this point for easier migration incase you need it in the future

Where you see here e-commerce function???
Guys Prestashop also can has Blog component. But Prestashop never will be good and scalable blog system. Wordpress never can be good and cool e-commerce system. Woo is just plugin to WP platform as Blog is just module for PS.

If you want some on-line business website, Pretashop is the right choice. If you have a few products and want more SEO, more content, different other options, Woocommerce is the right choice. The choice is yours but I use both, depading on the scalability of the website. For example, if I build a website with a lot of content AND a small shop, I will use 100% Wordpress and Woocommerce. If I build a webside with tones of products, promotions, discount rules etc... I use Prestashop. I used CS-cart before but because they increase the price so much lately, I switched to Prestashop.
