If you refer to stock control in woocommerce, "Stock Manager for WooCommerce" by "storeapps" has always worked very well for me, it is free and works perfect for controlling the stock of products or variations, as well as price and other fields.

I like ATUM Inventory Control - they're also releasing a mobile app soon (currently in beta). Very client friendly too.
