can anyone please expain me what is meant by "untouched theme" mean? i'm so confused. ive downloaded one theme and activated in wordpress. and it is asking activation..

It means it's not nulled so requires to be nulled to work without activation. untouched = not modified code from download.

Yes untouch means you need activate product before use, its not nulled or activated yet, If you have any theme or plugin and you need to activate those i will help you to nulled.
