This is really a bad advice. Magento 2.4.3 is no longer supported (no p-4 coming soon) so anyone installing this version is at risk. Latest Adobe security patches are not included. As of May 2023 supported versions are 2.4.6 and 2.4.5-p2 and 2.4.4-p3. Any other version is a risky bet knowing Magento is quite a regular target of hackers.
