Why is it so hard nowdays to find 100% nulled

Hello all

since few days, i've been looking for DIVI Builder + DIVI theme nulled, i've downloaded that manytimes from this forum, but this time, I found it hard to get a recent version fully nulled.

So I was wondering, is it that hard to find ? or is it the security level that got higher and higher ? or am i missing something ?

Nowdays nulled theme become commodities as well, I know someone shared almost every theme available on themeforest in his web, but it come with some price. Although it's cheaper compared the original, but you still need to pay for the null.
