Wk Stock Manager
This module allows you to facilitate, accelerate and simplify bulk stock and prices update of your store by processing suppliers files import.addons.prestashop.com
I - IMPORT FEATURES:
- Import of external or internal supplier file, supported file formats: csv, txt, Excel,
- During import, products are identified by Reference, Supplier reference or EAN13 code,
- An area for columns letters mapping,
- Ability to save and link the mapping parameters to the imported file (Improve re-usability),
- Add a verification system before import process (check data to import before updating the shop),
- Support for combinations and impact on prices,
- Support for ADVANCED STOCK MANAGEMENT system. For Prestashop 1.7, see recommendations section,
- Import stock, unit / wholesale (cost) / retail prices, references, EAN13 codes, availabilities text, shipping informations, names, descriptions, images, warehouses and locations for products,
- Save import result in Historic: Useful if you want to return later to end processing imported products.
II - HISTORICS PAGE (WHERE TO PROCESS IMPORTED DATA):
1) TAB 1: List products found in your shop and at the same time in the supplier file:
- Ability to compare product details informations with those found in the supplier file before launching shop update.
- Ability to adjust and override quantities and retail prices directly in list, no need to return after to edit each product one by one and change it manually from your backoffice.
- You can choose to automatically activate products that will be replenished during shop update.
2) TAB 2: List products found in your shop but not present in supplier file (Untraceable):
- Ability to reset stock (Causes: unavailable stock, product withdrawn from the market, etc.), disable or delete selected products.
3) TAB 3: List new products:
- You can set the default status, manufacturer (brand), categorie(s) and the warehouse you want your new products to take after shop update.
III - OTHER FEATURES & PERFORMANCE:
- Ability to create cron jobs and schedule their automatic executions => help you saving you an incredible time.
- Ability to run the CRON tasks manually => Import all your suppliers files with a single click!
- Ability to impact automatically the differences found in wholesale prices to retail prices (if your prices are based on wholesale prices gap).
- Our module can avoid the most common PHP errors that can occur during long manual processes namely the Timeout and memory limitation issues (Processing of 16000 lines took between 25 and 30 minutes).

- Improve the way to get the cron file from distance (from url file, absolute file path or FTP/SFTP).
- Add ability to disable hooks used in all modules during update in order to improve process speed.
- Make supplier selection not required during all processing import.
- Let admin select the final supplier (through dropdown list) he wants to associate to the new products to add to the shop.
- Improve codes, security and displaying.
- Fix some bugs.
