hey maybe you can help im trying to charge a fee based on category

example category A if cart total is less then $300 charge $10

the issue im facing is if they add products from category B and the total is over 300 no fee is applied

trying to make sure that category A charges $10 fee regardless of adding any products to the cart from other category's
