maybe there is condition check error in the programming. they may be checking "greater" instead of "greater equal". So just earn some extra nullchash to make your total nullcash greater than 11.

I have issue here too , I need even nulled cash to like or download, how can it get the 11 nullcash pls ?

OK. When we are asked for XX nullcash, seems like we need XX + 1 nullcash

Very strange problem here i think this is bug from forum where you need >11 and should be >=11 but this is devs related problem
