I had problems in the previous upgrade, it always gave an error even when importing the settings. Would you have any details to perform the upgrade without fail?

Hi RFSIOS,
I'm not sure how you are upgrading because when I upgrade I don't need to import any settings as they are there from the previous version, nor do I get any problems.
How I upgrade SP Pagebuilder versions is as follows:
1. Clear all the Joomla cache
2. Upload SP Pagebuilder into the "temp" folder of the website files (in Cpanel it would be public_html/temp)
3, Go to the temp folder and extract the zip file to a folder (use a simple name e.g. (page)
4. Log into your Joomla admin and install Pagebuilder via "Install from Folder" menu tab e.g. /home/XXXXXX/public_html/tmp/page

Everything should be okay to go but if on the rare chance you do end up with the problem of the SP Pagebuilder module not saving then clear your web browser cache.

If ever I am upgrading and extension, no matter how small the file size is, I ALWAYS upgrade it via the above method rather than using 'Upload Package Fie" - I never have any problems doing it this way.

Olá RFSIOS,
Não tenho certeza de como você está atualizando porque quando atualizo não preciso importar nenhuma configuração, pois estão lá da versão anterior, nem tenho problemas.
A forma como atualizo as versões do SP Pagebuilder é a seguinte:
1. Limpe todo o cache do Joomla
2. Carregue o SP Pagebuilder na pasta "temp" dos arquivos do site (no Cpanel seria public_html/temp)
3, Vá para a pasta temp e extraia o arquivo zip para uma pasta (use um nome simples, por exemplo (página)
4. Faça login no seu administrador do Joomla e instale o Pagebuilder através da guia do menu "Instalar da pasta", por exemplo, /home/XXXXXX/public_html/tmp/ page

Tudo deve estar bem, mas se na rara chance de você acabar com o problema do módulo SP Pagebuilder não salvar, limpe o cache do navegador da web.

Se alguma vez eu estiver atualizando e ampliando, não importa quão pequeno seja o tamanho do arquivo, eu SEMPRE atualizo-o através do método acima, em vez de usar 'Upload Package Fie' - nunca tenho problemas em fazê-lo dessa maneira.
